I have permanent brain injury, but the State wants ti kick me off disability because they think I'm not disabled anymore. With my conditions, it's impossible for me to live on my own or lead any normal life at all. I've moved 45 times over 13 years. I'm allergic to nearly every place I move into and end up having asthma attacks due to the chemicals. Doctors can't diagnose my condition, but can make hypotheses. Schizoaffective, major depression, vasomotor rhinitis, mild asthma and tinnitis - are the current diagnoses. I had 7 brain surgeries that left me with permanent deficits. There are also no known medications to treat whatever I have. How do I get an attorney? The state wants to kick me off disability.
i have brain cancer, a child, and have kept working up till last year. After passing out numerous times including while driving i was told no more. I have been denied disability twice because people abuse it. think about it.
TRCEgroup If you ask me, it's nothing more than the completely illegal and void of human rights eugenics program, but that might be paranoia, I can never tell since I'm always paranoid, just like I have no idea what anxiety and depression is because I always have them, and delusions -- hallucinations versus reality -- no difference. Ben M meh you would know what depression was and anxiety even if you've had them since birth simply by looking at others.................... Myself I am on Mental disability because unlike your grocery list of "common problems" I've actually been locked in a few psyche wards and suffer from legal psychosis, D.I.D. ( Disassociate Identity Disorder) and Schizophrenia. I'm aware that I suffer these things and its a different type of "burden"on my life some days its great because "we" my others that the therapist was trying to call alts get along great. Other days its awful. Then if we get alcohol involved theres no telling whose in charge granted its normally Jester. Anyhow due to not all of us being human and some of us being violent whilst others kind and so on we don't go out as much as we used to. BUT I can tell you might think "oh no they're taking me off cause I'm almost always sad or I occasionally see things versus reality ( you wouldn't know they're hallucinations.) and so on Like When Aiden comes out sometimes at night and she lays on my chest I would never in a thousand years disrespect her by saying that her spirit is a hallucination. She comforts me and is so nice; plus I wouldn't know what to do if she up and left. Like last year Aiden danced with me outside during the storm when I was feeling bad. its hard cause she can't maintain that form for long but if I focus I can feel her.
ANYHOW I'm ranting and thinking about Aiden lol.... Your full of shit bro its not that bad; they won't let me work anywhere cause "oh no what if he hurts me"or "that guys crazy"or blah blah blah blah so Since I'm not allowed to really be with society as a human I sit here in my little box and occasionally I travel to different states or countries... But for the most part This is my window and right now I can see you in it Ben. This is my reality and I've not typed the last paragraph before .... its kind of weird. makes you think why we're all here right ? lol I mean why do I have to listen to what big brother says anyhow :/ oh wait thats right cause they pay me to >_<
anyhow this is my big secret cause a lot of people who don't know me but "sorta know me"don't figure it out for months. so shhhhhhh.

Dude, it took me 3 years to get my disability. I was approved September of this year. My spine is shot and I would not wish the pain I have to endure on anyone. Yes, I had a lawyer. Yes, I did contact my Senator. And yes I had patience. I am not a mental midget. I voted for Obama and I hate all religions. I am a Metalhead and proud! It is a time and paper filled process. I would much rather be working than in my situation.I wish you luck.
Metalhead Moore , thanks for the positive statement I've been fighting for 18 months. I have seven different diseases in my back, I can't walk. This all is an original case from workman's comp, that pretty much just dumped my ass. And told me to go file for SSDI and that I would be fine. I think fine means that they're allowed to put a piece of rebar up your ass. and as far as the pain goes I know what you mean there's nothing that will get rid of it, I've had several surgery, I've had several surgeries and I'm looking at 5 to 7 more. And I'd much rather be working I can make more money in a week doing what I was doing then they can pay you in a month good luck to everybody that needs it, if you're not in need of this help get a damn job I've worked all my life!

you don't get very much money when you are disabled, it kinda sucks. an the governemnt sure the fuck does not just "hand out" social security, thats why law firms make a living fighting for people to be approved, if it where easy to get on disability why would you need a lawyer?
I never had to go to a disability hearing. I imagine my lawyer did though. Cost me 6000$ and the lawyer gathered, filed, and handled the hearing

Lawyers can't go to a disability hearing without you... Also SSA caps the amount that a disability lawyer can charge you...
This truly helped. I really feel that he is totally not giving the proper information. Him as a claimant must not challenge the judge by trying to argue with the judge when he verbally states his messages.
