Glad you put a B18c4 in that mate i used a MB6 vti in Blue 150k no history burned a full litre in 250 miles 🤦♂️ no history my own fault in 2021 i bought a Green Aerodeck vti 82,000 miles some history barely burned any oil best roadtrip ever going over Glen coe at 8000 revs 💥 spent 3 grand on it and was rotten was my daily for just under 20,000 miles never let me down so want another vti

If your honda burns oil, you need valve seals, that is NOT normal.
Leave the false "All these cars burn oil" cope and seethe to the VW guys.
p.s. any spray paint is fine for a valve cover. If it gets hotter than 105c, you have bigger problems lol. Only exhaust needs hi temp paint, and even then it still burns off near the header.
