@@madman6962 Unfortunately the housing market exploded in N. Ga mountains. Moved into Central GA for 2 years til last month. Then moved to N.E Tennessee mountains ⛰. No less beautiful than Sky Valley. And NO STATE INCOME TAX. YAY.
