This was the best Chinese TV show so far. Absolutely loved the story, acting and the whole set. It reminded me of how the 2005 Pride and Prejudice reinterpreted the whole BBC drama.
@@nite00wl25 I can't decide which had better acting, Yanxi or Ruyi. Both were such amazing shows, but they are also like comparing oranges and apples. Both are a fruit - shows filmed about the same time period and people - but are filmed and written polar opposite to one another.
