I’d get a server going to manage them - Network Attached Storage You want your user data to have a network drive? You want a media collection? You want cached game installations? All good examples of a well thought out NAS. - PoE based surveillance system Because you want that tech in check. - Access control Who needs a physical key when you can have an NFC entry point? Also make sure there’s an alarm to verify who’s there.

For mid to high range racing sims i suggest moza racing or fanatec and fro the actual high end stuff probably like simucube ir simagic.
I think the best racing sim for 2nd pc will be Assetto Corsa Competizione
