1) 2 bananas
2) 1 egg
3) 140 g of cane or ordinary sugar
4) Vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt (optional)
5) 40 ml of sunflower or vegetable oil
6) 100 ml of kefir
7) 100 g of flour
8) 1 teaspoon baking powder
THE COOKING PROCESS :
1) First, cut the bananas as shown in the video and peel them
