MC deserved so much better... Tundra showed that he is not washed out after years of losing on Nigma, this guy DOMINATED games completely. MC is one of the best team fighers in offlane, in his own unique playstile. Not as greedy as ATF and not a one-trick like collapse. Also, Pure is a good player, but IMO pos 1 and 2 should not draft, I'm a 1/2 player myself and from my experience those 2 roles have the most egoistic players. 90% of teams have their 5, maybe their 4 or 3 drafting, as these roles depend a lot more on teamplay rather than "give me a game and I will carry us".
You can feel MC's frustration in his voice, it was like he was promised one thing then Tundra proceeds to shit on him.
Yeah it seems like that's exactly what happened. You can't do this shit. People are signing up for one thing. You can't deliver something different in so many ways and expect it's gonna be fine. I bet MC wasn't gonna go in the first place if he knew it was going to be like that. .

Bro I like Zai but imagine you are a captain in the team & when you signed you ask for what he ask then give it to him then they took your captain then after few Weeks they forced you with moon with respect he is bad captain ( in strategy with TSM ) then they bring a player same as your position as co manager first time hearing this role, I’m sure if MC didn’t told them pick side they will kick him after this tournament or the next one & Zai will step in, if you can’t notice this in real life you are in huge trouble

Tundra's management issue tbh they should have asked the players if they want the idea of adding moon and zai they should have made a friendly environment for their players so they can just focus on playing dota
TL:DR:
1. Mc want to captain and pure stole it but he's still okay with it
2. Moon become coach but him and mc style of playing don't work with moon
3. Zai become general manager "confusing role?" in the team to make teamwork better but mc say they know already they all pro player
So with all the 3 problem mc feels he don't have power in the team/org, so he gtfo
1. MC ALREADY the captain and on top performance because of that, so there is no reason to strip it

Good for MC. He already swallowed his pride when he let Pure take the captaincy. Adding a coach and a "manager" who tells you what to do instead of what you need was just letting them walk all over him.
He just felt humiliated in a way, he is experienced player and he was promised leader role. Then pure take it away from him. And after that also Moonmeandar and Zai comes to teach him basically and acting like they know more.

the fata kick was decided by the whole team, skitter said it himself. MC kick is decided by management only

Completely agreed. Tundra haters/mc fans are too proud to think about it. Imagine being a hundred-million dollar CEO but the player you paid pointed his finger at you and scolded you in the middle of the tournament by saying 'I won't play unless you choose me over pure, zai, and moon'. As per MC, I think the issue is more about "compatibility" and not with "who's better". I mean not all people can work with anyone so it's a logical decision for him to draw a line and call it a day.
