Pascal urges us to stop using the business case when arguing for gender equality. He suggests, that doing so deflects attention from the fact that gender equality is a human right! While having a German passport I consider myself a global citizen after having lived and worked on three continents. The last 15 years of my career I spent in leadership positions always focusing on diversity, equity & inclusion. I am a father of three and husband to an incredibly strong and inspiring full-time working mom.
