in my opinion, strata properties for the last 10 years have not been doing well ie capital appreciation/rental yield for the investment point of view even the location is good , if its for investment, i think if the capital outlay is not an issue, landed properties in the sought after area (good location) is more desirable and capital appreciation will be in the pipeline. ppl invest in the strata because entry point is affordable ie downpayment, free legal fees, perks etc, there are many reasons why the strata properties values hardly increase in value, eg too many condos around, poor condo maintenance, insufficient sinking fund etc. if ppl invest in the strata properties long time ago ie easily 15 to 20 years, their properties values would have been double, and that is the max, rental also stagnant/lower. So my take is buy landed for own stay.
Next time recorded down and signed the black & white agreement for whatever SA committed as spoken. Sue them all the way for whatever misleading information for compensation. I had seen SA knee down to ask the owner to let go them.

@@TeysT You'e not wrong, 其实言谈举止还有知识完全可以看得出这两个agent都是典型马来西亚的劣值agent。赚到钱不代表你专业，好听就是salesman不好听就是骗子。如果每个人都用"找吃"来合理化所有的行为，那骗子也得respect，因为骗子也在找吃。
