Why Property Managers Should Use Quality Vendors

Property management companies have a tendency to hire low quality vendors and while it's understandable to help keep costs low, but another option would be to consider reducing the deposit a little bit and then put it in the lease that a certified, by them quality service be required to be used as part of the lease agreement. Now, this may or may not be allowed in some states, so be sure to check local laws before imposing this.
By doing this, you'll potentially decrease flooring rip outs and chances that said company didn't do a great job and then you're stuck paying the same, if not more by having to hire a second company to do what may have been able to be done in the first place.
