thats what i was playing some time ago and it scaled incredibly into late, now probably Ravenous is Better than Titanic but the rest can stay the same

You could also try the same buuild but instead with Riftmaker as replacement for Jaksho and switch to Ravenous Hydra, you get more squishy, but the reward is overall better health, extra AD thanks to Ravenous, and most importantly a 18% Total Lifesteal instead of the mere %10

It works like a charm for jungle. Makes you ridiculously tanky as well which scales so well into the late game you'd be surprised how often you live where you normally die and that usually makes the difference between the enemy team over focusing on you or not.

grevious never works on champs like ww, vlad, nunu, etc most useless stat to pick up since riot don't scale it right. every fight you should have killed janna first as she was constantly shielding people. and you lost? oh my goodness. why would you focus the tank when draven, janna exist. you threw that lead you picked up for your team by joining some very questionable fights and by giving multiple massive shutdowns
