1 Potato! Better than hash browns. Quick, Cheap, Simple and Delicious Potato Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large potato
olive oil
Salt and black pepper
3 slice of cheese
green onion(optional)
Recipe:
Chop 1 large peeled potato
Add to a bowl
Add a pinch of salt
Black pepper
Mix well
Medium-low heat
Pour olive oil in the pan
Place half of the potato to the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Flip over
Place 3 slices of cheese on top
Place the other half of the potato on top
Fry for 3 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 2 minutes
Done!
