Exiger Uses the Data Marketplace To Evaluate Supply Chain Risks And Company Financial Health

For most of its 11-year history, Exiger focused its technology on identifying compliance and regulatory risk factors related to the financial services markets. But when COVID hit, the company responded to the U.S. government’s need for a technology that could help it identify suppliers who could produce masks and ventilators. That need prompted a dramatic restructuring of the company’s technology platform, and today, that platform is used in multiple ways to assess risk in company supply chains and evaluate various aspects of business health. In this interview with “Powered by Snowflake” host Daniel Myers, Exiger’s Chief Product Officer Brenden Galla explains how the platform functions and the critical role that the Data Marketplace plays in supplying the data sets required for the work.
