Oh my word! That soup looks absolutely delicious, everything l love the tripe, cow leg, dried fish, creyfish and spinach!l am definitely trying this recipe for my family !Any substitute for the iru seeds please? Love from a Zimbabwe Sister married to a Nigérian man in France.
I so so love your presentations. I do learn each time you upload your videos. God's grace and thanks for doing this. Please this special cooking spoon I love it,how can I get one to buy? Thanks
I just like to point out that your efo riro looks delicious but you shouldn't have added cow leg, ponmo and meat. Am a Yoruba woman and we don't use meat, cow leg or ponmo with efo riro. We only use dry smoked fish, crayfish and a bit of stockfish.
Good thing she's made it for herself and you won't be eating out of it. Boya you should cook yours in your house,"yoruba woman style" with only dry smoked fish, crayfish and a bit of stock fish. That way, you're happy with your pot as she is clearly happy with hers and everybody will be okay 👍
Thank you so much. My husband is Nigerian and I try hard to learn as many recipes as possible to cook for him.❤
You can do it! ❤

Nice one. You could try to use a food processor next time to blend the peppers. It helps to give that coarse texture of pepper mix. My opinion though.
Excellent healthy meal. I might try this

😋😋🍅🙋
Why are tomatoes not used?
Is the locust beans compulsory?
Locust beans give tge dishes a very distinctive taste and aroma.
Looks delicious 😋 but I think the oil was too much or maybe just for me before my stomach is very sensitive to food that's oily.
Can you add tomatoes 🍅 or no tomatoes please??😊
❤️
