I am following this recipe today. 😃 Will post how it turns out. Only using 1 KG beef. The timing was perfect as I took out beef from the freezer last night and then thought of doing something like this. In the morning, your video showed up first thing on my youtube feed. Thank you, Samiullah Bhai.

@Syed Muhammad Wahab Sure, just adjust masala and cooking time accordingly. If mutton leg has bone, then adjust a bit longer pressure cooking time if it doesn't have bone I would reduce it. I would experiment with 15 min increment and see the tenderness and juiceness.
