I've used the Gigabyte Windforce cards for year's and have never had a problem with any of them. I have the new 4070, 3080, 2080 and a white 2070 Super and they have worked perfectly. They even gave me a 4th year on my warranty on my 3080 for registering it online. They make great products. Plus the new 4070 Windforce looks great with my ASUS Creator motherboard on my 5900x workstation. Plus decoding video with Handbrake works even better with the 4070 over my older 2080. I highly recommend these card's. I love ASUS as well, I try to always use their motherboards. But they had the recent quality issues with the Ryzen 7000 series processor's and boards. I almost got the ASUS 4070 Dual until that happened. Great video as always.
This is the best 4070 video on youtube. Exactly what I was looking for. I have the white version of the ASUS 4070 OC and I love it. Definitely wouldnt recommend for 4k but works great on the Samsung G9. I didnt know about the performance button on it!!! Thanks for the great video!
Bad pricing aside, it's amazing how power efficient this GPU is. The ASUS model would look amazing in an ITX case, paired with a non-X AM5 CPU like the Ryzen 7 7700. Maybe you can do a build video of that :)
I agree. I think the power consumption and thermals is understated by reviewers. This makes upgrading to a 4070 more feasible for users not looking to purchase a new PSU and possibly consume less power in the long run.
These are the kinds of tests we need :). So many different models to choose from . It would be awesome to see the difference between the cheapest, middle price and most expensive version though. O!Technology compares all gpu designs and told in his video not to buy the Msi Ventus 3X, because of high VRM temperatures ( over 90 degrees) on the top of the Card due to missing thermal pads. His source was a test from Guru 3d.
Thank you for this comparison/review! This was exactly what I was waiting for when the RTX 4070 was released, as these lower-tier models are the only ones usually available and ones that fit my budget (the Gigabyte Windforce OC in particular, since that was what was readily available from a local trusted retailer). I did eventually bite the bullet a few weeks back and got the Windforce OC, and though some other reviews I found didn't really praise it, the noise and thermals seem fine by me.
Happy to help! And that makes sense . If you have a prefered retailer and they carry either of these, that's enough of a reason to pick one over the other imho.
One thing the Windforce has going for it that Asus Dual doesn't, the backplate has a squarish cutout so the 3rd fan can blow hot air away from the gpu, I think this is why it has the best temps of the 3 cards here.
@@TechTesterseveryone saying the Asus dual has insane coil whine. Literally everyone, and some benchmarks. Very surprised u don’t address that in ur video 😮
Just a heads-up, a nit-pick with the GIGABYTE card is that practically all 30/40 series GIGABYTE GPUs have PCB cracking issues if you have sag. A crack will form on the PCB and completely kill the card rendering it unusable and GIGABYTE are refusing to RMA said cards which is very scummy especially considering it's a fault in them using low-quality PCBs. It's all over the internet if you look for it, if you currently own a GIGABYTE 30/40 series card, PLEASE make sure you eliminate that sag by using a bracket or holder of some sorts, otherwise your card is eventually going to kick the bucket.
I upgraded from a GTX 1080 to the Asus Dual OC model a few weeks ago. It gets 33c on idle without the fans even spinning. I got it for a little less than MSRP. I can't complain.
I like the dual models, had a dual 3070 OC and it was so slick, ended up selling to a friend and got a 3080ti coz I’m a graphics whore but still kinda miss the beautiful dual 3070 😅
Due to your recent reviews, which included MSFS2020 data, bought a RTX4070 to replace my old GTX1080 and i am really impressed. What a performance upgrade and the DLSS Frame Generation is a game changer in MSFS2020. I bought a ASUS RTX 4070 TUF Gaming (Non OC) and it is build like a tank. Thanks for your great reviews.

Okay a few points regarding the RTX 4070 somehow being a "terrible deal".. 1.) The RTX 4070 cost $599.99 and is OBVIOUSLY optimally utilized via a 1440p monitor NOT "4K" and certainly not "4K max settings w/ ray tracing" GPU, this is a "mid-tier" GPU - It you want "top-tier" performance there is the RTX 4080 / 4090 which cost well over 1K so it is NOT rational to expect even remotely comparable performance for a GPU that cost 1/2 + the cost of a "top tier" GPU. 2.) Prices like it or not don't remain STATIC indefinitely - this is just a fact of how markets work, so this notion that the RTX 4070 is "overpriced" because in the past you got this % gain in "rasterization performance" vs. "X" GPU isn't really a rational argument and ignores many other variables. 3.) The RTX 4070 represents a ~ 30% rasterization performance leap vs. the RTX 3070 - 8 vs. 12GB VRAM - AV1 encoding - Far superior power efficiency/ ray tracing / DLSS / etc. 4.) Believe it or not GPU's aren't made for JUST 'gaming" - Nvidia basically has a monopoly here as it offers GPU's that work FAR better in general when it comes to production work, etc. There is "value" here like it not. Finally, when you factor in ALL relevant variables, the RTX 4070 is simply NOT a "terrible deal" so the asking price of $599.99 isn't "out of line". I think the over the top commentary over the RTX 4070 somehow being a "rip off" is a perfect example of the "Bandwagon Effect" warping reality. Of course this comment will be unpopular because people generally want something for nothing but sorry reality doesn't support this notion that the RTX 4070 is "overpriced" - it's simply not. The amount of blowback the RTX 4070 has been getting is simply bizarre / makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. You don't have to "love it" but it's not a "terrible deal".
The issue is that each model down is cut down more and more to not endanger the incredibly expensive halo cards, and to not be too interesting for commercial customers who are also expected to pay ridiculous prices. If you take Pascal: a 1060 6gb, 1070, 1080, 1080 ti all aged in a similar way. Only the 3gb 1060 is absolutely useless some years down the road. The Ada cards are specced so that you "have to" replace them much sooner due to just having insufficient VRAM, plus the cuts to memory bandwidth are pretty steep too. The 4080 has ok VRAM but a crazy price, while anything below will age poorly. I'm writing this as someone who is pretty likely to buy one, in the expectation that the 16GB 4060 will be either too slow or too expensive by comparison, and the 4070 Super refresh or 50x0 is too far off. (Can't buy AMD because I'm vendor-locked by GSync.)
@@lkz The performance tier of the GPU's with 12GB's of VRAM isn't so high that VRAM should be an issue so dire that it makes the cards a "terrible deal" even if some AAA titles in the coming years force the owners of these GPU's to make "compromises" here and there like lowering the settings, using DLSS and so on. Also game developers can and should better "optimize" their games to run better on lower spec'd hardware. There are always "compromises" one has to make when it comes to gaming on hardware that isn't the "top of the line" and newer games will naturally require more powerful hardware for the best possible performance. Not being able to "max out" every single game on a "mid-range" GPU doesn't somehow by default make the GPU a "rip off". Also, I think this notion that a "mid-range" GPU having "just" 12GB of VRAM being such a catastrophe is unfounded and massively overexaggerated. I'm not saying no AAA game in the future will present an "issue" here but at the same time it's not likely to be an issue so dire as to make these 12GB mid-range GPU' "absolute crap" as so many reviewers have been making them out to be. Now if a GPU like the RTX 4080 and above came equipped with 12GB of VRAM this would be an issue seeing as these cards can justify having 16GB+ VRAM giving the performance and associated cost of these GPU's. On the contrary, one who spends just 1/2 the cost or less on a GPU shouldn't expect to see performance really even remotely comparable. Sure people would naturally like to but this is unfortunately not how things work. Lastly, the price per performance matrix has only improved going from the RTX 4080 > 4070Ti > 4070 > 4060Ti > 4060 and yet the "outrage" has only gotten worse.. It's quite bizarre IMO. Now Nvidia did screw up by not just giving BOTH the RTX 4060 / 4060Ti 12GB of VRAM - Giving the 4060Ti 16GB makes no sense and 8GB is actually "boarder line" when it comes to this performance tier.
I recently bought the ZOTAC GeForce RTX4070 Twin Edge OC for €660, I was debating getting a RTX for a while but it was the inclusion of Diablo 4 that made me go for it. 😁
Thank you so much for this review! I was looking for a review that had details on the Gigabyte RTX 4070 Windforce as it is selling for $549 now (Oct 2023). I also wanted a smaller, more compact RTX 4070. This fit the bill perfectly! Mine runs at 62°C and 180W max while gaming and fans don't spin faster than 1500RPM. Completely inaudible in my air cooled PC. Slight coil whine, nothing loud or annoying at all.
'Always enjoy your reviews. A head to head for these cards was a great choice. Larger fans, lower spin speed, quieter performance = my preference. Asus offered 3 DP and 2 HDMI ports on some of its TUF series cards last gen. I wish more companies would offer that option. I will use all the monitors I can plug in, including 7" screens inside my PC. Thanks for the vid! 👍👍
Normally it should only be a couple of Megahertz between them. You can cover that gap with a small manual OC if you want to, although it's possible the actual OC version might clock a bit higher still if you tried. I'd let it depend on the price difference.
I asked several Asus support agents and they said they can't find any. I've also specifically asked that the Quiet mode works identically. However, it's not impossible that one is more likely the better and the other the worse Nvidia binning. However I wouldn't know which way around those would be allocated either. (The better bin needs lower wattage for the spec performance.)
Here in Italy you can find: asus dual OC at 704,90 euro, Gigabyte windforce OC at 698,99 and MSI Ventus 3x OC at 689. The cheapest one is the Palit Dual OC at 654,07 and you can find the Gigabyte Eagle OC at 675,14 and the Gigabyte Gaming OC at 679,99
Those prices make no sense tbh. I'd probably grab a Gaming OC at that point, or the Palit Dual OC. Haven't tested that one but I really doubt it'll be much worse than these other MSRP models.
Thanks for the video! Trying to decide between the Gigabyte and MSI. My NZXT H210 itx case is limited by gpu height. The MSI will for sure fit but I might be able to squeeze in the Gigabyte.
I decided against another H210 build (Ryzen 2600/RX580 for my last one) because the thicker cards get too close to the PSU shroud. I decided on a Lian Li Q58 with the Gigabyte card in this video and just finished the build. Wish I'd seen this first because the Gigabyte being "only slightly" thicker isn't ideal. If I were to go back to the H210, I'd definitely try to get the thinner card.
I'm tired of big cards. For mATX, and under it is one of the main restricting factors. I understand the reasoning, but I also understand diminishing returns. Some of these heatsinks are for aesthetics. You're lucky if you'll see a 1-3 degree difference.
Thanks for the insightful video! Much appreciated. I am wondering if I should go for the Asus Dual (€659) or Asus Dual OC (€669). Do you think it's worth to pay extra for the OC model? The difference seems to be only 45mHz.
Happy to help. I don't have the non OC bou might end up with 1-2% more performance for 1-2% more money. I doubt you'd ever notice the difference either way.
@@TechTesters ugh!, I was scared, I thought it was something related to this card since I just bought it (the 4070 Dual). Greetings and thanks for your videos.
Hello, thank you for this information. I am looking to spec a pc build, and so cards information like this is useful. I am wondering though if the graphs here represent only peak FPS or is this average? I have a 1440p g-sync monitor and so would be looking to run games like RD2, Cyberpunk2077 and Starfield (when it comes out) while being able to lock the framerate at 60fps.
Great video, just wished it would have come out sooner while I was trying to decide between Asus Dual OC and Gigabyte Windforce OC. Fortunately I had the chance to try both of these GPUs and I went with Asus, overall it seems to be best option and it's the only one (out of the 3 models in the video) that has a dual BIOS switch. Glad I waited, since it now comes with Diablo IV, instead of Overwatch 2 Battle Pass. Gigabyte ran hotter, at full load it was reaching 68-70°C, hotspot 93-96°C. Asus was cooler at 62-63°C and hotspot 79-81°C. These are all max temps, not average. Besides lower temps, Asus was also quiter since the fan was running at only 1500 RPM, while Gigabyte 2100 RPM. I ruled out MSI Ventus 2X/3X because of the plastic backplate and according to the guru3d review, the VRMs aren't properly cooled, temps reach 97°C using a FLIR camera (reproduced by MSI). Would be great to mention the maximum temps as well in future videos, the averages don't tell the whole story. The test rig is missing from the video description. At 7:55 you mention that none of them had any coil whine. Both of the models I tested had coil whine, it was very noticeable at 120 fps and above, with the case side panel removed and game sound muted. I believe it's rare for a card to really not have any coil whine to some degree. Asus GPU Tweak III even has a "Low Coil Whine" mode. Maybe the PSU is to blame? I am using a Seasonic Focus GX 750W. Some say it can be caused by improper PCIe power cable positioning, readjusting the cables can help get rid of coil whine. Also undervolting the GPU can alleviate coil whine. Of course, with the side panel on it's harder to notice the coil whine, especially during a gaming session. Edit: This is the first time I'm leaving a comment on this channel, I was hoping to get the a response. I'm a bit disappointed.
05:40 - yeah, about that. I'm from EU. They recently increased electricity prices by 20% I'm looking for a good GPU for many years to come so if I buy a 4070 or 4070S I will definitely do an undervolt to get on par with the power consumption of the 4060 Ti. Also i'm not playing in 2k and I don't use ray tracing. Simple dude here ; ) After Undervolt 4070 should be called 4060 Ti Super 12GB ; ) This card should exist.
hi need help. Is the zotac twin edge oc good enough for a 4070 card in terms of performance? The positive side is they have longer warranty of 5 years compared to other cards.
In my region , a 4070 build with ryzen 7600 and An 4070 laptop with i9 13980hx ( ROG strix g16) both costs 2000 USD . Build is 20% faster , but the laptop has QHD panel and Portablity. Do you say that extra performance is not worth as much as the flexibilty ?
Again I can only salute this channel for having very well thought out coverage of a very relevant topic. Find a niche / strength and play to it ! The XX70 Series is a very aspirational series to many and as a long time builder myself this video is a nice counter to many that will focus on the PREMIUM Model from each series. It is often much easier to catch the 'budget' variants on better sales also. A nice thoughtful shout out to say HEY ! 4060 not too far away and if by some miracle's the rumors of TWO VRAM Config SKU's turns out to be correct many early adopters will be kicking themselves.
Glad you liked it! And it'll be interesting to see a 16GB 4060 Ti vs a 12GB 4070, I have my doubts 4070 buyers will end up regretting not getting a 4060 Ti, but we'll see.
@@TechTesters I JUST UPGRADED FROM A 6GB 1060 GTX And that was the single best part purchase I ever made (I was incredibly lucky to get it at it's lowest price before crypto mania) . If someone would have said 3 generations later I would have the option to spend around £380 for a 8GB 4060 - Well I would have only laughed at that idea. If someone would have told me about Crypto Scalping I would have only cried into my Pillow. Today the rumour is 16GB 4060 Ti. I got to say for 1440P Gaming in 2-3 years time I just cannot see 12GB 4070 Owners being anything less than Hopping mad at NVidia ! The 4070 will age better as a 1080P card IMHO. Maybe that's a controversial HOT TAKE ! but you just cannot cram 1440P Textures into 12GB VRAM (barely even today) . You sure have got me thinking now which bottle neck will hit gamers hardest Texture quality bottleneck or Raw performance bottleneck. All totally avoidable with +4GB optional SKU's on each card below the 4090. So offer a 4060 8GB and 12GB for more cost. Maybe TechTesters and others can set the narrative back to NV Sales Reps and fan base !
I got incredibly lucky to fall into a 5700XT Red Devil for £100 From someone reputable who didn't mine on it. Has given me the luxury to sit out and wait for the 50 or 60 series !
You have a higher chance of coil whine on custom PCBs like ASUS or MSI. The KFA2/Galax or PNY cards for example use ref PCBs and have a lower chance of noisy coils.
I've played around with 3 windforce cards from 2 manufacturers. They all had the exact same problem. they ran too hot at stock and all three needed to be undervolted to work properly or you would thermal throttle.
My pc is tiny (micro-atx, NZXT H510) so i have an Asus Dual 3060 12 gb, it is super quiet as well and never passes 74 degrees in a 2-fan case. Fan/coilwhine is basicly non existent due to the larger diameter of the fans. I reviewed it on my channel and will soon post benchmarks. Im planning on upgrading it to a 4070 as soon as Nvidia launches the 4070 with more vram, im sure there will be one around mid 2024. If that comes in a dual fan lay-out i'll definetly get that!
I just picked up the Asus dual oc and it seems like a great little "no thrills" work horse of a card. I paid £500 for it and it replaces a very noisy and hot running Palit 3070 gaming pro.
@@MonkeyMannMacho I got it from a CEX store in my local town. It was new and unused, still sealed in it it's plastic and taped down to the backing card in the box. The PCIE connector was unmarked too, further proof that it had never been used or even tested. :)
today I installed the Asus Dual 4070 (my previous card was the Zotac 3070), I know that the jump is not that big but I prioritized the DLSS section and that it does not need so much power source. Beyond that I can only tell you that the card is spectacular, the temperatures are very low and in games I did not exceed 65 degrees Celsius at any time and the fans practically do not sound.
@@lkz Exactly, when taking the card out of the package, it comes in the "silent" mode, I did not touch that section at all. I left it as it comes from the factory. Greetings

I seem to have found a new model nobody reviewed the non ti version of yet, asus proart series. I think of getting this one, windforce may be 50 bucks cheaper but I've heard many bad things about quality of gigabyte cards.
my 4070ti is absolutely smashing everything in 3440x1440p, 4070 is a very very solid 2560x1440p gpu, the 4070ti/ti super is according to me the absolute perfect 3440x1440p gpu.
i just came to like this. I am not buying gaming hardware right now (thank you financial crisis!) but I think channels like this are insanely valuable and need to be supported!
If anyone wanna buy gigabyte just go with gaming oc for some more money or rather just buy asus dual.. Ventus is a big no they let some vrm hang out without any cooling on em
The energy costs aren't likely to be a big factor in overall price. The EU average is .28/kWh, so a 10W difference *at full load* (the difference between the ASUS and the MSI) equates to EU2.80 over 1000 hours of gaming, or roughly 20 hours/week for a year. Not really enough to be a factor in a purchasing decision.
Between the cards not so much, especially when there is some sample variance there as well. Between a 4070 and it's competition though is a different story.
@@TechTesters True, but (if memory serves) you made a point of highlighting differences in power draw between the three 4070 cards as a meaningful point of differentiation and I was commenting on that.

Enjoy! ☺️
I like the dual models, had a dual 3070 OC and it was so slick, ended up selling to a friend and got a 3080ti coz I’m a graphics whore but still kinda miss the beautiful dual 3070 😅
@@George-um2vc They cost less than triple fans, weigh less, and usually just need an 8 pin. It was an easy swap with my 1080.
@@suspectedcrab that’s a very nice upgrade, very power efficient plus you get frame gen, I will upgrade when the 5000s drop

Nice video thank you! 😊
This was an amazingly informative video, straight to the point
"There is value here, like it or not" is a good summary :P
Great video! Thank you for making it
Love your review. Thank you so much!
Exactly the video I was looking for, thank you!
I recently bought the ZOTAC GeForce RTX4070 Twin Edge OC for €660, I was debating getting a RTX for a while but it was the inclusion of Diablo 4 that made me go for it. 😁
which cpu you were testing cards on?
Thank you so much for this review! I was looking for a review that had details on the Gigabyte RTX 4070 Windforce as it is selling for $549 now (Oct 2023). I also wanted a smaller, more compact RTX 4070. This fit the bill perfectly! Mine runs at 62°C and 180W max while gaming and fans don't spin faster than 1500RPM. Completely inaudible in my air cooled PC. Slight coil whine, nothing loud or annoying at all.
Very helpful thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
the best type of videos we need . comparing the same card ( diff brands ) is what we want
Very nice break down of Cards along with detailed info on Benchmarks.
Thanks!
is there any real difference between 4070 asus dual oc vs non oc?
The OC in the name, performance wise they're the same.
The cheapest one is the Palit Dual OC at 654,07 and you can find the Gigabyte Eagle OC at 675,14 and the Gigabyte Gaming OC at 679,99
Manco fossimo pieni di cash
Those stores are a rip off, Portugal has higher tax rate, 23%, and all those models are cheaper here.
Those prices make no sense tbh. I'd probably grab a Gaming OC at that point, or the Palit Dual OC. Haven't tested that one but I really doubt it'll be much worse than these other MSRP models.
Meanwhile the cheapest ones are 600€ or below in Germany, though often without Diablo, which of course has a big impact on effective pricing.
amazing video. everybody misses these points. thank you!
Thank you!
Did you have Ventus 3x E or non E version? E version has improved cooling and thermopads on vram.
PNY is also a good- 599.00 for the 4070 without RGB and 799.00 for the 4070 Ti with RGB
I got the MSI ventus 3x OC
This video comes just in time... thanks!
Happy to help! Curious what you'll end up grabbing :)
Did they change the back plate on the Msi? it says it has a metal back plate on Amazon currently.
I'd guess that's a spec issue for Amazon. I doubt MSI could (or would) change their design that quickly.
There is DLSS 3 now right?
Thanks for the video! Trying to decide between the Gigabyte and MSI. My NZXT H210 itx case is limited by gpu height. The MSI will for sure fit but I might be able to squeeze in the Gigabyte.
I'm running the Gigabyte and it's awesome. (Quiet, cool, efficient, even cooler with dual bios and tons of fps 👍)
What about the KFA2 is that a good model ?
I haven’t seen a KFA2 card in a few years I’m afraid.

Great video! Anyone knows if there would be a significant difference between rtx 3070 dual and the 3 ventus version?
I'm tired of big cards. For mATX, and under it is one of the main restricting factors. I understand the reasoning, but I also understand diminishing returns. Some of these heatsinks are for aesthetics. You're lucky if you'll see a 1-3 degree difference.
is windforce really noticible noizer then Asus Dual? thanks in advance for your answer.

Forgive my ignorance but what ASUS problem are you referring to? Is there a problem with the Dual 4070 card?
Something to do with how they handled some issues with the X3D CPUs and their motherboards. Nothing to do with the Dual.
@@TechTesters ugh!, I was scared, I thought it was something related to this card since I just bought it (the 4070 Dual).
Greetings and thanks for your videos.
My windforce OC has this weird thing where no matter when I overclock it and set the power limits to 108%, it never goes above 200W :(
Hello, thank you for this information.
Asus have declared that the 4070 must have some high frequency coil whine. In other words its unavoidable. Thanks for the detailed information
05:40 - yeah, about that. I'm from EU.
They recently increased electricity prices by 20%
I'm looking for a good GPU for many years to come so if I buy a 4070 or 4070S I will definitely do an undervolt to get on par with the power consumption of the 4060 Ti.
Also i'm not playing in 2k and I don't use ray tracing. Simple dude here ; ) After Undervolt 4070 should be called 4060 Ti Super 12GB ; ) This card should exist.
That was a nice explanation, but I think that I will heed your warning and wait a little more until the price for these hit below $400

hi need help. Is the zotac twin edge oc good enough for a 4070 card in terms of performance? The positive side is they have longer warranty of 5 years compared to other cards.

Maybe that's a controversial HOT TAKE ! but you just cannot cram 1440P Textures into 12GB VRAM (barely even today) . You sure have got me thinking now which bottle neck will hit gamers hardest Texture quality bottleneck or Raw performance bottleneck. Bought Asus Tuf RTX 4070 OC and i get coil whine, do any of them don't have that? or I am just unlucky :(
You have a higher chance of coil whine on custom PCBs like ASUS or MSI.
The KFA2/Galax or PNY cards for example use ref PCBs and have a lower chance of noisy coils.
Awesome review of the 4070 series cards. I went with the Msi Gaming-x Trio 4070 based on your other review. I require the Rgb.
They are good cards, known for being quiet.
You require the rgb like you require an extra hole in your head
The Trio should be really quiet too, right? Any coil whine at high fps?
@@lkz No noise at all, Max temp I've reached while gaming is 71 C. And at this temp it was quiet but the gpu fans were running.

Pretty wild isn’t it, although frame generation is tempting, personally I’m skipping the 40 series, hoping 5000s offer a bit better value
I've played around with 3 windforce cards from 2 manufacturers. They all had the exact same problem. they ran too hot at stock and all three needed to be undervolted to work properly or you would thermal throttle.
the Asus Dual gives excellent temperatures, I don't exceed 68 degrees in ultra details (PUBG)

Great show. Might be time buy.
today I installed the Asus Dual 4070 (my previous card was the Zotac 3070), I know that the jump is not that big but I prioritized the DLSS section and that it does not need so much power source. I won’t ever buy MSI graphics cards ever again unless I get them super cheap. MSI graphics cards run very hot and trust me I have had multiple different MSI graphics cards and they all have the same issue.
Yeah the ventus series is known to be problematic. The gaming series 4070 cards are fine though.
But what about the quality of conponents? I read that fans and vrm modules on the gigabyte card maybe be problematic compared with the Asus.
It's the MSI that's the problem with the low end components. The Gigabyte lineup is fine, with the ASUS being the best apparently.
