I made my great granddaughter a bucket hat out of the cotton candy yarn. The first one I made I asked the granddaughter of a friend to try it on and she was so cute in it and loved it so I gave it to her. I make hats for cancer patients and love to use I love This Cotton because it’s so soft. Enjoyed this video Rose.

Great video, as always, Rose! Love the new stitch markers (I ordered a couple!), and wow, what a great haul on the buttons. The bucket hats are adorable. I've tried making a couple of granny bucket hats, but I haven't been happy with how they came out. I think I like a wider brim, but then it gets too floppy, so I think I will have to try a different style of bucket hat. I prefer cotton over acrylic because it's cooler in the summer.

Well, I didn't make the blanket cut, but have one I made a couple of months ago that I hope to send in October. Hi Rose love your hats. Think I’m going to make mom one. She’s 95 and likes to spend time outside enjoying the garden at her senior residence. I could use one too. Did a drop off of blankets and Lovies this week at the hospital. That was a lot of fun. I’m now working on a baby blanket for my niece. I’m also going to make her daughter some booties and a hat. Maybe I might get really out there and make her a sweater I don’t know about that though 😅😅😅😅

Hi! Rose🤗 I went to Joann in Norman, Oklahoma Saturday and they had a wall of yarn. Didn’t take my picture with it😢 Got plush to make two of my great grandson’s blankets with pockets at the corner so they can cuddle up in them. Luckily it was $8.99 instead of 11.99!!! I’m with your friend who doesn’t like big Twist Cotton either. Doesn’t make good pot holders.
Great new stitch markers and bucket hats. I use a free pattern from Make and Do Crew, which is on their website, called the scrappy bucket hat. It's made with 24/7 cotton and I really like them. You can make them with different colors or make them solid. I hope you have a good day as well. Sherry.

The striped cotton looks like some I have in my stash . Looks and threads cotton colors (discontinued yarn from Michaels a few years ago)
