#1) His father is not respected for his decisions, but he wasn’t in the army that his being a “traitor” is a crime. He made a decision for himself. It’s his life. You don’t have to like it, but it’s also not your life.
#2) He is Azaan’s father. Azaan is not responsible for him, but he also loves his father. So he doesn’t have to do or say anything to make you happy. He is making Pakistanis proud. That’s enough.
