You know as soon as I said that a little voice in my head went "Wait.. are you mixing your Montanas?" And I think you're right. TY for asking here. I like folks to get accurate info. Going to pin this to the top of the comments.
Wow! Montana is making my choice hard. With a one ton pickup. towing is not the deciding factor. I’m digging 4 5th wheel models now. BTW Josh, you’re a rock star 🌟 out here in the Los Angeles rv community. Thank you for all you do.
Thx for the kind words. I thought this model was a winner as soon as I stepped in it. I'm a sucker for a desk, though. Also, remember that distance between us doesn't mean you cannot do business with Haylett RV. We sell to long distance customers including California all the time.
Outside of the world of Middle (Bunk/Office/Den/Bonus Room) models it's an exceptionally uncommon feature. That's why this one jumped out at me so much. Montana builds another dedicated desk area in one of their GIIIIIANT layouts. This is the smallest like this I really know about currently. You can review a few mid-office models here, though: bit.ly/2kL0EFb
Optional. The framed windows with more airflow are found on the High Country with dual pane frameless as an option. This has become the norm in this segment/price point, though there are a fair number of exceptions. Their focus has become more on highly functional items like a larger 2nd air system and heat pumps on all A/C units (even optional air units) in montana RVs as well as things like the zero-G mor/Ryde steps. And given the extreme growth of high country Montanas I'd have to wager their planning is working for a larger percentage of prospective buyers.
Proper 3/4 ton, sure. If you saw our family RVing video in a heavier Montana 3120RL we were using an F250 with 6.7L & Airbags to stiffen the suspension for better handling. Absolutely no issues.
Hi Josh. You mentioned that this has a roof mounted solar option. Is this something new? I thought only big Montana had that.

I love the desk however I just wish that it would have 1 top drawer and the middle & bottom were combined to be a file drawer. Much more useful. Thx
Genius idea on the bathroom faucets

Is it a heat pump or a heat strip? That seems like an important detail given the different limitations and advantages each has.
Pump. Sorry about that. Used the wrong phrasing obviously.
Josh, what other fifth wheel floor plans out there have a dedicated office desk like this one?

Are the frameless windows no longer available? Looks like a lower model with those framed windows.
