I still have one problem with Falcon being Captain America.. like, there are always rules to anything... reality & fantasy.. Captain America could throw that shield around with ease, due to the super-soldier serum, Sam does not have that & he would definitely not be able to throw that shield the same way. It's just not realistic, not even in it's own imaginative universe.
