"The Legend of Drunken Master" is a better edit than "Drunken Master II". For those wondering, it's the same movie. However, "The Legend of Drunken Master" is much better edited. Has a better English Dub. And it's a better presentation overall. Skip "Drunken Master II" and watch "The Legend of Drunken Master".

Are you thinking of THE TWINS EFFECT (also known as The Vampire Effect)? I have not seen it, but I understand that Jackie Chan appears in a cameo.
