It was rather comical watching the volunteer staff "Trying" to present their awards. Silly people, do you know anything about Thoroughbred etiquette?... Someone open a peppermint for goodness sakes. The cellophane noise alone will unanimously make all of them snap to attention. All in jest...lol Seriously, Best Reality Series on earth. Thank you, Mr. Pittman
Speaking as a Hunter/Jumper Judge & trainer with owner 40 yrs of experience, I was very disappointed to see these young horses. It is very apparent to me that with exception of the grey and the last one, that they have been rushed and do not have the basic foundation they need to be jumping courses. I not sure where you are getting this term “Show jumpers”. There are hunters and there are Jumpers. This course is a combination of both, which is not a real discipline.
@@picturesqueponies The phase in Evenying isn't called jumpers? It's called show jumping. Jumpers is a shorthand for Show Jumpers. I fucking hate hunters for this pedantic shit. Go spend more of daddy's money on daily 100 dollar braids or whatever.
This is a Show Jumping course. Yes they do a flatwork component and they judge their ability at this show instead of a pure class but that's more to make sure the horses are actually rideable as many are auctioned off after the show. Much like a class that judges their talent. You need your judges card revoked if you can't figure that out.
I loved Stuart Pitman's insight. Such a great Horseman.

You've never heard the term "Show Jumping" in 40+ years?
Mads - and y’all are so rude for what? she is stating a fact. Jumpers the proper term. there is absolutely no need to be so rude.

Go back to hunters where you belong with your other nasty friends.
