the thing with Stewie is he won a major in less then 2 years playing the game from absolute bot playing it for the first time to 2 years later winning a major so he came into the game and pro scene by far the latest but has grown so much faster to the level of pro league compared to others
I know lol. I have 7k hours in tf2 (you can find another amount under steam achievements tab where I have 3.1k on all my classes in total), but I’ve never played comp in my life. But b4nny has 24k at the moment. Tf2 players are just built different
I remember watching an earlier version of this asking the same things about 2 years ago of mostly the same pros and most of them had maximum 5-7K hours and now they’ve almost doubled that
Pro players play minimum 8 hours a day and weekends are free ofcourse so its simple calculation. 257 days * 8 hours = 2056 hours/year. So in 2 years pro player should get minimum of 4112 hours. Add streaming and and freetime playing on top of that.
that's because he plays for 12 hours minimum and averaging 150+ hours per 2 weeks and that's not normal for most pros, the average pros just have like 70+ hours in 2 weeks. He literally plays x3 the normal person would for like straight 5 years
Makes sense. Malcom Gladwell wrote a paper in 1993 detailing that true expertise in a skill comes about after around 10,000 hours. That'll change depending on talent and sheer dedication, but it rings true for pros in CS:GO as well as many other games.
The cosmetics in that game are so ass lmao. Skins are comical unlike cs and they aren’t realistic at all. Can’t have a popular game without skins I guess
hate to break it to you but they've been playing since 2014 (when they had a lot less hours) and they were competing at the top level too. if you reach 3k-4k hours and you're not already pubstomping at global/lvl10 then you're not cut out for it.
According to my calculations, to attain 15k hours, you'd need to be playing CSGO full time (8 hours a day) for 5.2 years. No days off accounted. So if you counted in sick days/holidays/celebrations/vacations/etc you'd be looking at 6.5 years of playing CSGO as a full time job. Now, consider that it will take at least 1/3rd of the time before you get noticed, that's 2+ years of playing csgo everyday full time not earning almost anything. It's a huge risk going head into CSGO and trying to brute force your way up to pro, imagine if you don't get noticed at 5000k hours or so and you continue to play pugs until you eventually quit. Also these numbers are not 100% accurate, they are slightly exaggerating especially because CSGO players have a lot of idle hours, someone said 2-3k hrs was idle.
I’m suprised Sean has so few hours. He is always a guy who works super hard and studies a lot. And I’m surprised steel has so many hours. He’s been banned for a while now.
After he stopped playing for C9 he probably didn’t play nearly as much as he used to. Just streaming and playing for his casual teams. Its actually quite a lot considering how early he retired from tier 1 pro
Make another video about "how many hours pro's have in CSGO" but take others like Shroud, Pasha, KennyS s1mple, dev1ce, dupreeh, NiKo, rain, xantares, w0xic
