Im using Panasonic xs-xu24xkzw. The remote control does not have the wireless lan button but the icon is there on the aircon itself. So I’m confused on what the pin is for. Any advice
Wow Panasonic - you should try employing a proper IT professional to design your app. This is truly awful. I won't be recommending panasonic ac to anyone.
I always get the message wrong password in step 16, what am I doing wrong? This is a new password, what can I do wrong if I only use letters and numbers?
Lol first your instruction paper does state that you need a needle/small pointy object to push the wifi "button" second of all what an long and unfriendly to users to link the aircond to smartphone , next time design your remote friendly user and second of all please make it easy to connect the comfort cloud app

Doesn’t work for me gets to the process at the 2.25 mark with error that it is not connected to internet access not asking to join so what now?

This is horrible, I keep getting cannot join to the local internet and it won’t work ffs. Horrible app design and process!!!
