CORRECTION: Charge isn't 623R for everyone, it uses whatever input the chargeable move uses, plus R. I thought it was 623R because it is 623R for most characters. Sorry!

I love BBCT Tager but Frankentank already made a video covering most versions of Tager - including BBCT Tager. It's a very good video (although there were some small innacuracies). Even if he hadn't, I couldn't confidently explain why BBCT Tager is bad because I haven't had enough actual matches using him. I do want to maybe put up a BBCT Tager combo guide sometime.

Even with all that, at least he isn't base Testament, who can't tech unless you play through arcade mode

This is incorrect. They can tech if you play a character that can tech and get knocked down, then switch to them, or if they get stunned and knocked down after getting stunned.
