  • lO Sport Systeme Dittrich BD 38 è la riproduzione fedele dell'MP38, precursore del famoso mitra tedesco MP40. Una replica in versione semiautomatica per la gioia di tutti i collezionisti e appassionati di repliche storiche.
    Si, si, lo sappiamo: "Schmeisser" non è il nome corretto: fu Heinrich Vollmer a progettare quest'arma per la ERMA-Werke di Erfurt nella seconda metà degli anni '30. Hugo Schmeisser non ebbe nulla a che vedere con il suo sviluppo: il suo nome è legato solo al brevetto del caricatore.
    Progettato a partire dallo MP-36 di Berthold Geipel, integrando numerose caratteristiche tipiche dei Design di Vollmer come l'Erma EMP e il prototipo VPM 1930, lo MP 38 fu adottato proprio nell'anno 1938 dalla Wehrmacht tedesca, che si riarmava per dare inizio alla Seconda Guerra Mondiale.

    I am seeing a closed bolt operation. I don't understand much Italian. But I have heard the BATFE has samples for testing from a kentucky importer. System Sport Dittrich in Germany makes them. They ain't cheap! Sure do look nice.

      Nope, they're open bolt, which is automatically classified as full auto, the closed bolt ones they've built would be banned from import as rifles, they could import them as pistols without the stock or with it welded shut.

      jon, then gain, what the #uck do YOU know, right?? 1st of all, it's stupid to compare this gun to modern MP5s, 2nd, that long length is what allowed the gun to be extremely controllable & accurate (because the bolt's rearward speed was slowed down before impacting the back of the receiver). German army was forced to adopt the Uzi after WW2, and the soldiers regarded it as a clumsy & inaccurate piece of sheet (but oh well, at least it was short, right, you idiot??). You know sh1t about fvck, you're stupid.
