Very poor range. It starts breaking up after 2 meters. Not recommended after 1 month of use
Maybe try with a different source. 2 meters sounds impossible. I've never experienced cutouts even if I leave it on my desk and go to the bathroom.
I just bought mine for $110 usd. They have it at a reduced price and they had a pop up 15% discount code on the site and free shipping, so thats nice.

Is there an option in the app to turn off both ANC and ambient sound mode and just wear it ‘normal’ when nothing is playing?
Yes. You can do exactly that in the app or with the dedicated ANC button on the headphones.
Great headphones
Do the earcups tilt side to side (as in, slightly rotate on the ear) or are they fixed? I find most headphones fixed and hard to adjust to my ear

Didn’t expect such a rude response, but I don’t mean rotate on the headband, I mean horizontal tilt on the actual cups when placed on the ear…

I've been using these headphones pretty much every day for hiking and around the house for a couple of years. They're still in great condition, never have any trouble, sound great and the battery life is still amazing.
They make some great stuff. The Scene BT speaker sounds amazing.

The Soundcore Space Q45 or the 1More Sonoflow might be even better options than either of these. 🤔 I don't have either but I've heard great things about both and 4 way shootout would definitely be interesting. Thank you for the great review! 👍
