  • In this video, we will showcase the complete process of producing custom crash bars for my Honda CRF300L, starting from the planning phase, steel bending, welding, painting, all the way to the final product. The objective was to create robust crash bars with a minimum of three connection points, ensuring a sturdy construction.
    We added two attachment points to the frame, but encountered challenges with the third, as it was positioned at the very top. Initially, we installed a crossbar that connected the left and right sides, but it lacked sufficient rigidity. To address this issue, we secured the crossbar in the center, which posed a significant challenge. Eventually, we found a solution by attaching it to the bracket holding the horn.
