lately i’ve been considering severely restricting my screen time because i find myself endlessly scrolling and watching youtube instead of reading and doing other hobbies. i think i’ll definitely be trying it soon!
I love the idea of this challenge, but omg this would be so hard for me. Like sure I can read all day, but I listen to music on my phone while reading. Or I’ve got a million craft projects I love working on, but I like watching tv while crafting. Or my other main hobby? Video games. lol I’d probably just end up going on a hike to avoid the temptation

what I do besides read all the time...? 3.75 mile walk outside everyday, do art, writing, play music, do word puzzles and jigsaw puzzles, learn chess.. all I have is YT on my phone.. no TV (by choice) so besides working, I spend a lot of time on hobbies in general. Though my #1 favorite thing to do is read. 😊

You should try the "reading my screen time" challenge where you take last week's amount of time you spent on your phone and spend this week reading for that amount of time ever day.
I did a screen time video a few years ago but I really want to do it again!

I am very much encouraging you to do it again (and make a vlog haha) I loved watching it especially because a friend of mine an I did it before too and felt the same. I had such a urge to check my phone in the morning but by the afternoon it was completely gone and I read a lot that day too which is very unusual for me. I had the same urge to turn on the phone even to text friends or check sth on my phone but then when I had it the next day I didnt know what I wanted to look up so badly and felt things I wanted to write friends so useless??
Anyways I repeated that the next weeekend and the second time felt so much harder and I hated it???? I just did chores and went for a walk that day lol. If you think that stopped me, no, I tried it again after a while but with autopilot (not completely turning off my phone) and it kinda worked. I really had the urge to check my phone but didnt and the day felt dragged but still I did read and didnt check my phone too often. Since then I havent tried again but I would love to see another vlog. Im curious how you will feel lol
