    Hi Natali,
had heavy bleeding with clots and heavy cramps until i passed out, over a decade.
For a year long i´ve had spotting and this July this whole mess turned into a short cycle without a luteal phase and immediately into consistantly bleeding.
So i got Progesterone (utrogest) 200mg. And took 400mg a quarter. Then i had the first success, i had 10 days without bleeding. After he bleedign came back i took 600mg P and i´m taking it rectally.
Yes i think its because of stress..stress is the biggest.
I´m 30 years old, so this is not about aging.
No i don´t have a eating disorrder my BMI is 21 my, bleeding got light and without cramps over 4 cycles as i lost weight to BMI 19, now as i got back to BMI 21 my cramps and heavy bleeding wih clots is back. Why? Because more weight means more estradiol and this means a bigger dysbalance to Progesterone!
No PCOS, No problems with Prolaktin, LH FSH all is working fine. I just have too less Progesterone.
What can i take to gt more P. in my body, if 600mg as capsules is taking too long to hlp me or in other words P. levels are still too low after more than a quarter!
