Well done to Zambia I have worked there in 1995. Africa is a beautiful continent despite all the difficulties. Although I now reside in Europe Africa is always close to my heart and Zambia, Botswana , Namibia and other countries have a natural beauty.
I landed at this Simon Mansa Kapwepwe airport on May 18 and left this same airport on June 25, and I was very happy because coming from Paris via Nairobi I felt very good and very comfortable! It was as if I was still in Europe. This airport is very clean and it exceeds many airports in Europe! Really congratulations to the Zambian government which knows how to put its inhabitants at ease and especially to the truly international standing
Nice to see my old town of Ndola. I lived there many years ago as my father worked in local government. I left in Oct 1964 and returned to the UK at the age of 12. I also remember the original airport, the Dag Hammarskjöld Stadium as well. Probably gone now. Thanks for the update Miss Yoti.
Great video I lived and went to school in Ndola 1965-69 lived at Kalewa Barracks as my father was on contract to Zambia Army great place and memories. Wow the Airport is now something else!!

@@missyoti thank you so much my dear,I was thinking that I have to go all the way to kk International airport, am happy we have ours here in copperbelt,I will use it
@@felistusmichelo7549 no you don't. The only reason I asked him to accompany me was because the airport has just opened and I needed someone whose already familiar with the place
This is what the PF government was doing to just develop this nation mother Zambia, unfortunately I noticed to say Zambians perceive development in another way, but in which ever way you may think, coming up with infrastructure is the best way to go, just look at our neighbors how they are doing in infrastructure, if you were to compare our towns to that of our neighbors, there's a huge gap, I urge Zambians to do the research and not to be deceived, Malawian are even better than us in terms of infrastructure. Where is the problem?
@@changwechipabila5272 have you been to Malawi before? Can you compare Blantyre with Kitwe or Ndola in terms of infrastructure, I mean how their structures look like and not just a structure that looks like a warehouse ,very old fashioned, we need to come up with morden structures, don't you have eyes to see?
This is a beautiful airport & the airport. Just can’t understand why the road from the police post to the airport is not tarred. Anyway, I the company that did the airport should have done the Lusaka flyover bridges.
Zâmbia, nice country. Well done.
Greetings from Angola
