@ James Chiam, I don't know where you are from. In Mainland China, where this video maker is from, 1 Jin = 500g. But I have heard that in HongKong, Singapore, Malaysia, they use old system, which is 1 Jin=600g. But this video maker is from Guangxi Province, China. So she should mean 500g.
