    Here is how I got my account restricted.
    Is it because I was trading bitcoin?
    No.
    Is it because I was doing illegal stuff, or surpassing my daily/monthly limits?
    No.
    I got restricted because I added my passport document, 5 mins after I uploaded the document, they told me that my account is restricted.
    Thank you so much PaySera, I literally had so little amount of money just to pay for the commission fees.
    Now I'm pretty sure when I get a response from support team maybe a year from now, they will accuse me of something that I haven't even done. ( Sending a blind predefine, that's how much you care about your clients).

      @@paysera Here is why they banned me:
      "Paysera account is being closed in accordance with clause 9.1.14 of the General Payment Services Agreement"
      I read about 9.1.14 and it is 10000% a false positive.
      It's not a rare case, because it happened to many people I watched on RUclips and reading from their comments.
      It's not my fault if your security BOT accuses people of the most illogical reason of the restriction.
      Such a shame if that's how your security system work.

      And about calling the support, it costs a lot to contact a European number, I called them using Skype, they told me to contact us using your real phone number.
      I told them we can have a video call, I show you all the documents, contracts, etc...
      They said no.
      Here is the thing, let's say I purchased an offer to talk with any European number, and looking how much you care about your clients, I would say it's going to be a waste of money, because the problem won't get fixed.

    Can't login to my account via the android app. Stuck at verification step. (works well via windows though)

    Worse bank ever they block all cards with no reason they block accounts for days they dont have support at all they begin with 0.25€ for the fees of the card in 2 years its 1€ knowing that the changes are sudden and with no alert

    That is why i use wise transfer, paysera will block your account without reason and take your money
