How about electric companies turning you off when heat advisory in effect?? Knowing my life wasn't even worth 168 bucks tells ya all you need to know about Texas!

My apt. has a grace period of the 3rd of the month for late payment. The 3rd fell on a sunday so i slipped my money thru the door. Come monday the 4th they emailed me wanting $125 late fee. This feels wrong,,is it??
