The Mule Trail, Mount Herman, CO

Went up to ride at Mount Herman on October 5, 2019, with a friend from Colorado Springs.
A great, lesser known trail on the West Side of Mount Herman in Monument, Colorado. The climb to the top will get the blood flowing, climbing 600 feet in just over a mile after riding up the Mount Herman Road. But the following ride along the ridge and ripping descent into Limbaugh Canyon makes up for it. The descent is steep, loose, has some tech, and sees little traffic. One of the best kept secrets in the Colorado Springs area.

Follow it up with riding the White Ghost trail to connect to the main Mount Herman Preserve trails, and a beer at Pikes Peak Brewing just on the other side of I-25.
