He was born in London but grew up in Canada, but I believe he is an American citizen. He is generally open with press and always very honest, but when it comes to politics, he revels little and says "my politics are mine." Meaning: his character's politics and his own do not necessarily run parallel to any character, as well as that it's my business what he believes. On PBS's Charlie Rose Show in January, however, he mentioned that he leans "towards socialist politics."

you shouldn't have written this, this is what you put in motion : jack will find you, torture you to get the information he needs about your friend and then hit you on your head leaving you unconscious on the floor...at that point the only hope for your friend is to leave the country, but considering that you wrote this two years ago all of this is already happened...i'm so sorry for your loss!
