Good vid, great class as always.
Strikes aiding grappling and grappling aiding strikes!. Beautiful💪💗. Its strange to see such a quality content being underviewed!. What is wrong with youtube!😕
You guys make a full contact sparring.. also tell us some words about breaking elimination competitions
I'd like to make a request. Could you guys do a vid of training with a makiwara board? I'd like to get one, but I've also heard about the chance of injury if you don't do it right. Would love to see what right looks like.
Sure! That sounds like a good idea, there are also some good videos online on the makiwara as well. Our buddy Noah has a good introductory video ruclips.net/video/O4JuCi0w9yM/видео.html Just something to keep in mind, calloused knuckles aren't the goal of makiwara but a byproduct. So 90% of the time, striking the makiwara is more for correct alignment and proper mechanics rather than hitting it as hard as you can. The best thing you can do is just go for it, make something easy and that has a decent amount of recoil and you won't have much chance of injury on the joints, good luck!
there's a great example of fireman carry at( AKBAN.ninja technique against wrestling collar.Yossi Sheriff)
это видео еще раз доказывает что каратист должен владеть борьбой,
