yep, you usually don't care about those bad artifact and choose the best upgrade that you get from level up from huuli hoarder, but the thing is you also get that thing from level up and shop, at least you have 100+ chance+unlimited reroll, but artifact only get 10 chance+limited reroll.

you should always pick artifact on huuli hoarder, because it can remove the bad artifact on the roll..
not a bad idea, some of them have multiple copies though

maybe conditional on a certain amount of armor or reload shield or clipboard of grudges since those are the only times I've seen it lol
