- Frankly the title and thumbnail are click baits. I just needed to get the following done from service
1. Basic Chain setting
2. Side Stand Check, as I have hit it hard 10-15 times
3. Disable the Service Reminder Sign, was missed in first service
and all these are not major problems, but some regular checks / maintenance to be done on my bike.

I bought Apache 200 on 5/2/21. My clutch is very very hard though it has slipper clutch. Are you facing the same issue? Give some solution.
NO problem with clutch on my bike. its very smooth and light to handle. Have you made any mods to the bike ? like changed the handle or installed hand guards etc ?

@@captaina888 talk to the showroom and service again. Ask them if you need to escalate to TVS company. If they say no and resolve the issue, well and good. If they say no and don't resolve the issue, do write to tvs. Tweet them on twitter too.

Hi Bro, I have recently purchased same bike, I am also getting some noise at the rear disc brake like yours, can you please see explain in brief what they have done. The service people are saying it's just due to sand at the disc.
if its a screeching sound, then its dust, ignore it. if its a hard sound of brakes rubbing and when you put the bike on the main stand and rotate the wheel, if it stops at certain same point every time, then it could be bad chain alignment or needs caliper check etc

Hi, thanks for the information. I have a question. What should be the ideal gear change speed for this motorcycle.
I own the same model, engine starts giving sound if i am at 2nd gear and in between 20-30 KMPH. Then I have to shift to 3rd gear. Then after 40 engine starts giving sound and I have to upshift. Is this normal or there is some problem in my bike? I ride in urban mode
there is a RPM light, shift the gear once the light goes off. I am not sure what is the sound from your bike so cannot comment much

Without Inspection, I cannot comment on this point. Right thing would be to Take it to Service and get it inspected. You may also want to compare with their test ride bike.

roughly 42 kmpl for sure, overall. no change before and after. but I have to do a actual test.

Yes. You can use engine flush at first service. It will remove the sludge etc

nope, it starts in any gear. your clutch switch must be damaged. get it checked / replaced. Do reply once done.

your welcome and thanks too. Frankly people have done these locations on a XL100 and Platina too. Its all in the riders strengths, experience, Skills basically. and if at all the bike has some traits, get over them soon with mods or getting used to, before a long ride.
Don't think of ladakh with a pillion. It is okay until you have the road.

@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs better handling, braking plus comfort is the reason, there are multiple waterpass with stones, broken nd gravel road forcing you to fall. Pillion knees are at your above waist otherwise jus like xl100, even triple riding is doable...
exactly, it all depends on rider and pillion skills. I have quite a few friends who do it, without any issue.
Not even a month I bought this bike and already went to the showroom thrice before service, the front wheel Abs is getting jammed , front break becomes so tight that the vehicle does not move even though it is in Neutral , Feels like the vehicle needs rest every 10-30mins after that back to normal

They said while holding front brake Air is getting inside the disc pad, they reduced the oil still no change , then they changed the adjustable lever and front wires.The levers they changed was from One rtr200 that they had damaged a little bit,Careless people
@@Wazzah10 your brake pads and disc is also getting damaged in this exercise. Ask them to fix at once else let them know you will have to escalate to TVS. And also get the disc and brake pads inspected and changed. Else these are going to wear out sooner.

Buddy i didn't receive reply from last. Would like to know the 'number of links in the chain' of RTR200!! Are brakes functioning as intended, howz the response from brakes? Is there an option of replacing stock brake lines with 'Steel-braided' ones from TVS or aftermkt? I am considering this but i am worried what if it keep on giving troubles. The side stand is actually places a little ahead, making the bike lean more. Even I noticed and thought if the stand has an issue.

nope.
Just went today for 1st service. Guys, I tested two other bikes rear ABS and when hard pressing in lil bit of speed, the brake pedal vibrates and sometimes gives metal collision sound, it is normal as per service center people and seen on three apaches with rear ABS.
It's not vibration. It's ABS. Abs system pushes rhe brake lever back to its original position. So that the brakes don't lock. And this won't happen at very low speed.

@@lokeshkumar-jj1dw brake lever cannot wobble. Probably you are not able to explain the right word. Brake levers, both front and rear and tightly packed between nuts n bolts. And they can only oscilate at certain angle and direction. They cannot love left and right to wobble.

Hi bro, I have seen a few videos of yours related to Apache's issues and modification. I am an owner of 2022 Apache 200 4v. I bought my bike in the month of Jan 22. Since then its been 4 months and I have faced a lot of issues related to chain noise (with pillion), bike not starting due to fuel pump, starter relay and fuel sensor issues. In just a month lately my bike showed a not starting problem for 4 times due to fuel pump and fuel sensor issues. I want to get in contact with you to know about your experience and what best steps to take to avoid these issues. I am very confused about my ownership of this bike as a new bike should never show so much problems. These events has bring me to a point where I feel I should sell my bike and move on to other manufacturers. I live in Pune and hence felt a connect with you over the similar machines we own. Bro, I have RTR 1604v BS6 purchased on Jan2020, since then I have issue with the rear brake noise. Whenever it's applied it makes a cringe friction noise, I have completed my all 5 servicing in the past year from authorised servoce centers, 2 times frm Akurdi Sai Baba TVS, 2 times Century TVS Wakdewadi, 1 time from Om TVS service Pimple Saudagar. Issue is never fixed. Century TVS guy has himself told me that fixing the noise issue is impossible. I knw it sounds funny. And for my last service frm pimple Saudagar branch, they changed my brake pads and assured me 100% guarantee that it will be fixed but it's still the same old song. No progress. I need ur inputs for it or if it can be fixed outside by some techies
if its the dust noise, then nothing can be done, it will always come and go. Wash the brakes with mild pressure wash, if it goes for some time and then comes back again, then nothing can be done about it.
if the wheel gets locked when on main stand, then its a issue. it still needs to be fixed. Escalate to TVS customer care
@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs Bro, the noise always exist. Whether it's sunny, or it's rainy, or anything. I complete my servicing and right after 4-5kms the noise is back and it's for forever. It's very frustrating to have such a cringe noise after paying for such a costly bike. Dust is never an issue here.

that means its the second issue and because of that your disc and brake pads must be wearing out soon too. you must be getting very low fuel economy too. is that correct ? have you checked the tyre rotation on main stand - i dont see an answer for that

When I initially cold start my bike,engine sounds pretty smooth but after riding it for some hrs or kms the engine sound changes a bit and became little noisy,but it becomes normal after I let it rest for some hrs.

Bro please upload the pure riding sound upload karo bhai, mere bhai bi leyliya 2021 rtr200 it is getting slight cap sound while riding in higher gears when i visited service center they are telling me ey sound is common in rtr200 ... Also tell me whether your bike also has same sound
my bike has no such sounds. Ask the service to do Tapet settings, if its bell type sound from tapets / engine head. this is my assumption, I am not sure what sound is there in you bike. wont be able to comment much based on just text explanation. bike needs to be physically inspected
@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs thanks for the reply bhayya.. the mechanics are saying that it is due to oring chain & sprocket noise , they are saying it's normal but we are getting irritation with this sound it is oly coming during acceleration not in idle. Do i need to ask them to recheck??

Even I had the same issue, the noise actually comes from the front sprocket while accelerating, this happens when chain is almost dry, make sure to clean and lube the chain properly specially the front sprocket area.

Aur bharosa si nahi hota tvs pe service mein bhi for ex ek bike ki awaz leke jao toh do aur free mein dete hai ...iske upar aapka kya review hai vo janana hai muje aap kya sochte ho aur ha aapke sare videos dheke hai mein nai..
there is no such issue. and Bike lete samay, you should always check in detail. why take delivery of a old or used bike and then repent ?
