In my case when putting it in navigation mode ..it shows mac I'd not valit.. please help

For TVS Smart Connect to not get disconnected from App, you can LOCK the application to run in background. Sometimes due to RAM management, Android system kills the application. So when you lock the application, even if you accidentally try to kill all the apps, it will work in background and stay connected.

@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs I went to settings and in Battery settings we have option called battery drainage. There we have to enable this app to run even when battery drainage occurs.

Are you able to remove notifications from the instrument cluster by pressing the 'i' button? I am able to end calls and set lap timer with the said button but not able to remove the notifications
I have never used the App extensively. I used it only for this vlog. probably show it to the service guys once.

@@anirudh163 Yes sometimes it kills the engine when kept idle of around a minute. Also couple of time I have faced same issue while bike is moving in slow speeds (15-20).

How to set rpm in 2004v in ride mode bs6 model...as I can't do it help me plz ...I purchased on 21st March... everything is perfect but rpm settings 🙏
Rpm is now locked by ride modes. Urban and rain are set to 3000 and sport is set to 6000

Once you connect via Bluetooth, change in the app and it should reflect on the bike screen too

That's the limiter. It tells you when to shift. I don't recall which rtr video, but I have explained in one of them

I think you have asked this before. You need to get your bike checked by service. Tell them the issue.

@@thenyctophile6914 oh. I too did not notice that yet. I will surely check the app on next ride may be, and if it shows the details, will capture on camera. May be it tracks it on its own.
If your bike is pretty newz then sometimes the showroom does not connect all the sockets till the bike is registered, and in any case check once with them, may be they can check on OBD

This issue is because of battery optimization, few phone stop backgrounds task to save battery. You should allow your phone to use the app, or disable the batter optimization options in phone.
For me its working fine, no disconnect problem.

I cannot tell you about the cost. This you need to ask your provider.
Yes mobile data needs to be on. That's how the app will work and fetch location details.

42+. There is a dedicated video on my channel. Do check it.
The problem is it is not precise. It is very laggy and it will get stuck at some point. The main problem is they have to link it with google maps. Overall it is a great app. But navigation has to improve. Very laggy and too many bugs. You can't really rely on this turn by turn Navigation.
Did not have any lag issues on my one plus 6 and rtr connection and nor any lags in directions, have shown the video, everything is apt.
@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs I use redmi note 7 pro. I have lot of lag issues. I have locked the app in RAM too. But at one point of time...the directions will be stuck. I dont know what else to try. Please help me out if you can

yes you can go for it blindly. I am using since its launch 😀 . I have toured on it and done lot of city riding too. Do check out all my vlogs for apache. then you can go to nearest showroom, take a test ride and decide.

does it come back as soon as you turn on the phone ? I.e. I am assuming your phon goes in sleep mode and connect app stops working at the back end. And once you turn on the phone, does the navigation come back .?

this issue is caused by android sound management it is a very common problem among older version of Bluetooth or it sometimes caused by just simple bluetooth interference. sometimes app still assumes even after call that you are still on call, so you can hear other side clearly app lowers all background volume level where you can here the navigation but doesn't lose the person on other side
sol: disconnect your bluetooth hearing device leave everything connected reconnect and restart the maps app
well this issue is not with the Google maps or any other App which transmits the sound to the blue tooth. Only with this one. and No other apps were transmitting the sound other than the TVS app, for which I have given the feedback in the vlog.
@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs yes that's what i am saying it's not the app it is the sound management system what they called UI/UX/SKIN in some smartphone.
Solution: 1. reset device
2. Report bug/glitch to brand under android help and feedback ( in my opinion it works only in some new smartphones if device is under update period or device is bound to recieve some software update in android system, with google and samsung only ).

@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs it's not android either it's the software skin UI/UX over the stock android which causes this issue.
Or just old hardware smartphone bug which is not updated in smartphone or not going to have updates from android.
Try it with any video streaming service with bluetooth headset same one with same device call yourself on same device from other one 2 in 5 times you may get same glitch/bug

Sir your technology purview is very poor. No mobile phone sleeps on locking. The main reason is the GPS inaccuracy and deflection. Nothing else. And this feature is probably to help you navigate around on highways it's no TESLA.
lol - looks like your knowledge is very poor and you haven't used mobile handsets. probably you are not aware about things. Do enlighten yourself a bit, google some more. and YES ITS NOT TESLA - no one is saying its a TELSA - dont jump to conclusions :)
and with the help of this video, many in our group have been able use the app and feature correctly, by rectifying necessary points in their mobile handsets. Hope this helps too.

I really have a very good knowledge over technology and for mobile handset I do know things beyond GOOGLE as, I have developed many Android and IOS applications. I put that in comment for a reason. Moreover for Tesla thing, I was positively saying, ki jo ye mil rha wo kaafi h, Tesla thodi h jo perfect navigation milega, the company has done enough for that. Hope you understand that not everyone is noob here and don't act like a very cool person, no you're not and you too know this(in terms of tech).

Please don't spoil the Name of Software Engineers - I am one of them too. And I may not be cool, I never said that 😂 but no I don't act dumb like you either. Just to enlighten your self further, GPS signal is sought from your mobile handset and not the app. If the hardware / handset does not stay on and goes to sleep mode or handset features get turn off, the app won't get any further information and thus the navigation app won't send further info to the bike. Even Google maps don't work accurately if the GPS signal is lost. And no this basic knowledge does not require you to be a SE. Now this basic lack of knowledge shows how good software engineer you are 🙄. Like I said - The approach shared in this video has helped many in the group who tried it out and they are happy with it but you want to ignore it, juet because you are a SE and have developed Apps 😂. Go on buddy, we can see how smart and cool you are 😀.

For your kind info, before even say that you're SE and I'm spiling the name of Engineers then let me tell you, GPS never goes on sleep mode, the app does. As you point out that GPS is a hardware then Hardware don't sleep😂it's the software. Sir, I guess you made my point by yourself only. Your own words are in contrary to what you said. Also, on the basis of merely basic knowledge, one can not go in depth of technology but I can, that's why I mentioned my profession. And yes, the Google Maps app also don't work in low accuracy of GPS, if you see, that's exactly what I said then GPS inaccuracy and deflation due to several factors might be the problem with that guy, as GPS or Application don't go on sleep the moment you lock your phone. And sir about showing off then in India, one can never show off by saying he/she is Software Engineer, if you know what I meant you know😂. And in that show off case then, I am a research scholar, I have written Research Papers in this field so on the basis of that only I am here to comment which I guess have never commented earlier. It's just I wanted to correct you.
