- Dominoes, aka loose tenon's, are a consumable and "that's how they get you", right? The high price of Dominoes makes the machine itself a double ripoff! instead, make your own loose tenon from scraps around your workshop

Love this 🤣 Subscribed 👍 Can’t wait to watch yr other stuff. Short & sweet, smart and bloody funny! 🇦🇺
Hey Paul great vid. The other thing I do is cut a shallow groove in each face to allow the glue to squeeze out and hopefully coat the faces a bit better
Thanks for the info Paul! 😃👍🏻👊🏻
Clear and helpful video as usual. Many thanks. 👴🏻🇦🇺
Great video! Thanks! Yes those miles craft feather boards suck so bad
I have a large yoghurt bucket full of Chunkinos 😎😎 I use them quite often when the joint is not quite big enough for two but a little big for just one
Exactly! The chonkino is the cadburys glass and a half block of chocolate of dominoes :D
Can I make them out of PVC to use when I use PVC trim boards? (I know I can, just expanding in your theme). And, other than the horrendous mess couldn’t you make them out of plywood or MDF for joining those materials?
Short answer... no
What is a Nopeino?
Is this a Domino alternative?
Could not find something with Google.

I made it a couple of videos back :)
I tried making loose tenons the other day and here's my problem. I'm making them 1/4 inch thick. So I round over one side and then when I flip it over to round over the other side, the already rounded side makes the stock to thin to ride against the guide bearing on the bit. I hope that makes sense. How do you get around this?
I only bother with 8/10mm dominoes, anything smaller gets a bit too tricky and isn't worth the time cost, imo.
If you do want to go that thin, leave 1" on the start and end that doesn't get rounded over - use those sections up against the fence for reference rather than the bearing
I truely wish the Loosey Goosey setting on the Domino was marked by the diagram of a Gander with a martini in each hand-wing.
Festool have nobody but themselves to blame - if they labelled them at all, rather than just I/II/III, I wouldn't have to inappropriately name things!
Hey , I never knew that Hugh jackman had a wood shop!
@DainerMade looks more like him and I even told him that in one of his videos
For the life of my I can't understand a single word that a British person utters. It sounds like rubbish to me.
G'day cobber, what video were you watching that had poms in it? Struth, you seppos can't understand anybody outside your borders
