Agreed, it’s so unsatisfying! But it’s not without reason. If you look closely, you’ll see that on the majority of the ones that cut early, it happens right after a sudden camera move starts. That’s because the “camera operators” LOVE to swing the phone down to show all the little bits and pieces coming out of the bottom before it’s done shredding. Apparently whoever is editing these wants to only focus on the shredding itself.

1:50 I cringe when I see an operator put electronic equipment into these machines not knowing that the beryllium dioxide ceramic will be released as a dust that will kill them in the near future.
I know that this makes economic and environmental sense but sometimes, it's sad to see things that people saved uo for and probably got excited over being mangled. I also wonder what they'll do when a crusher needs scrapping.
What makes these videos great:
70% crushing
20% never knowing what random object they'll throw in next
15% seeing the scrap it turns into
-5% flipping your phone around every time to match the incredibly random camera angles.
