She sewed the skirt to one side of the waist band, right sides together. Then, when the skirt ended, she folded the waist band itself right sides together and continued sewing until the end. Because the long sides of the waist band fabric was sewn together only when the skirt ended, one side of the waist band strap "tube" is left open which lets you flip the band inside out so the seam is inside
I really appreciate the fact that you modelled the skirt so nicely at the beginning. I do not like it when I have to watch all the way through a RUclips video and to see what it is we are going to be making. Thank you for showing us at the beginning. And, I have a daughter named Mia.♥️♥️♥️

Thank you very much I think I can do this the skirts are awesome and I loved the palazzo pants I want to make these for my daughter she wears 3-5 would that be about the sizes you make because you look small like her ? Thanks for any help or advice o would so appreciate I’m a quilter mainly but have been working on learning some clothes like pjs and skirts .
