yeah i got the rally set and the vw one and the newer drift greddy set the stout pickup is super tempting but not worth 30 bucks honestly only reason i bought the rally set is i like my fords

My sentiments exactly on the Mooneyes, I collect Mooneyes myself and 100% was thinking everything you said before the vid even went into it. But I'm not paying $30 for them, I'll just get it from someone who doesn't want theirs. Speed Waze is a good model for Mooneyes too.
Where I'm based in the UK, every one of these premium 4 packs have been sitting on the shelves for ages, they're all struggling to sell now. Even the Porsche set! Hot Wheels really, really need to rethink about what the customer actually wants.

Now that I have the set open in my hands right now, the boats actually pretty cool. This premium boat dont have no wheels😅 like its actually a legit boat with a propeller and its metal base and body. I'm pretty sure this is only the second time HW's has made a premium boat and this ones livery is the better one. I myself like some odd diecast but..whatever floats you're boat I guess.. I mainly wanted the toyota stout, the citroen is sweet, and I really like the speed Waze truck.
Love the drift Stout but that is an expensive way to get it. The van is cool too. Those sets go for @$30 around here. Nope. Leno and Benz sets keeping the shelves toasty here too.
It wont sit on the shelf here, because the shelves are loaded with the Jay Leno set and they wont order a thing till theyre gone. I dont really get why every store got a hundred of those but theyll only order one case of stuff people want
IIRC, In a premium truck box set (that had the Texas Drive'Em, a blue Costom '62 Chevy Pickup with a small Mooneyes logo and a 1978 Dodge Li'l Red Express Truck), They also had a Mooneyes Horizon Hauler
i'm actually totally into this one. the trucks. look great and as a set, the hauler and boat kinda work for me. I do collect mooneyes though. I like that this seems more coherent than the team transport that they did with the boat.
I'm buying it for sure, never saw the ford rally, Jay Leno just hanging, lot of people didn't care about the Porsche set, I got the greddy set but other collectors bought and returned it with different cars in it.
I love the box and the cars, but I do find it hard to see how it all meshes as a set. I'm still gonna pick one up as a loyal Mooneyes collector, but I wouldn't mind if it went on clearance :)
Part of the reason why the Team Transport Classic Hydroplane hung - at least for me - is because of the lack of competition. Give us a recolor on the Stout Drift Truck, and I'll get all three!
That’s fine by me, Ryan Tuerck’s Stout is a huge W for me. And I love the Moon 👀 brand/livery. So I’ll take the Hydro Plane. That Citroen H van is also interesting enough to peak my interest
I could take or leave the boat and hauler, tbh. The Moon Eyes stuff has never really appealed to me all that much. The main draw for me in this set is the H van and Tuerck's Stout. Both look fantastic.

0:53 here in Canada I can't find anything other than the Greddy diorama set. That thing, and the Mercedes team transport take up the majority of the premium section in Walmart and Superstore. I think they're both really cool sets, especially the Mercedes transporter. The casting is completely unique and really well done. I just don't know why I've seen probably 200 of each of them in the last month.
If this diorama stands a chance is thank to the drift toyota I'm honestly waiting until that toyota comes out in another badge I'm not spending 30 $ on one casting hotwheels focused on Japanese casting and you guys will do just fine 👍 😉

Pretty much all these sets around me sit on the shelf forever. Every set there is only like 1 car that I like and the sets are too expensive to buy just for 1 car. But, I like this set, if I see it on the shelf in real life I may grab this one.

He gets more daily views compared to channels with millions of subscribers. Over the last 30 days he gets approx 400k views per day! Companies should be sending him anything he wants and paying for the videos he makes. It's amazing what he's built here. I love seeing the success.

I purchased two Greedy sets this weekend at the Dallas Legends tour. It came with a BRE Datsun 6 20 the BRE Datsun 510 wagon the 1991 BRE Nissan Sentra SE-R. And the BRE Sakura sprinter truck Which I often not wondered, Isn't it the same as the UD truck that we had in the US and other parts of the world?
I hope the Citroen gets used for more than Pop culture, other than plastering characters on the side there could be a French Dispatch livery or even a Hot Rod inspired mail/milk truck
I didnt care much for the boat/truck when they were a transport set, but the mooneyes deco amuses me enough to justify it, been waiting for that Citroen to not be Mickey Mouse branded, and the Stout truck is an obvious pick. I do want it, but Im never gonna see it in stores though, every walmart in my city has stacks of the Jay Leno set.

I’ve noticed that Hot Wheels are now using Matchbox “True Grip” wheels on some of their premiums like the ones on the Toyota pickup. The Datsun 620 in the BRE set has them and the 935 in the Porsche set have them on the rear. Also the BMW M1 Procar in the Exotic Envy series uses them and they look cheap imho. Matchbox has benefited by using Real Riders wheels on some of their models though! Paying $50 after taxes in Canada for these is making this hobby too expensive.

I’d only want this set for the Citroën and Toyota (can’t believe I’m saying that). I’m afraid this may cause another situation where people buy the set and replace the two trucks with mainlines. The issue in my neck of the woods is that we have way too many GReddy’s.

In my opinion, the team at Mattel and Hot Wheels really need to reconsider the cars being added in the premium sets. I feel bad that the Jay Leno set is just sitting on store shelves, as Jay Leno owns a bunch of cool cars that could have been used in that set. The Porsche set, rally car set, Jay Leno set, and now this set are clogging up Walmart shelves. If this continues, I think Walmart might be hesitant in ordering more Premium sets if it continues to clog shelves.
If they'd lowered the price by $7 or $8, I'd buy them all.

You can sell them because there’s plenty of people that only want the other half
After you use the tool to cut the tape, slip it under the edge by the flap. You can then lift it using the tool without tearing it up.
I love this set, so I'm happy that so many people aren't looking at it. Maybe in 6 months I'll be able to find one at least

In the Uk the Porsche set has been reduced to half price £14.99 in Smyths toys for weeks. And they still have over 15 in most stores.
