I had the same problem with low volume distortion..i hooked up the AirPods Pro to my iPad and my daughters iPhone 11 and no low volume distortion..i found out what the problem was you have to go to accessibility audio/visual and make sure Headphone Accommodations is turned off and the low problem distortion is no longer there

They may not work properly. If you already have the earbuds and it doesn’t work, then it can’t be updated. Because there is no app support for this model.
