Good topic. I've learned over the years to use the lowest shutter I can get away with. And with my smaller cameras like M43 the IBIS is so good I can handhold at over 1 second which open up all kinds of creative options.

everything comes out incredibly underexposed on my canon ae1 when shooting anything over 1/60 and I've always just kept that as my max
