    Jill Shively’s near-collision with O.J. Simpson’s Bronco just minutes after the murders could have changed history but prosecutors refused to use her testimony. Now, 30 years later, she lays out the moment-by-moment account of what she saw and the fallout that followed.
    O.J. Simpson’s trial captivated the world, but shocking details of his escape route and behavior that night remain largely untold. Shively describes the chilling encounter, the pressure she faced, and why her testimony was buried.
    For those still fascinated by the “Trial of the Century,” this episode of One Degree of Scandalous with Tom Zenner and Kato Kaelin reveals what the jury never heard and how it might have altered the case forever.

      INCREDIBLE TO ME THAT THEY SWALLOWED THE GIBBERISH THAT FUHRMAN & POSSIBLY ONE OTHER ACCOMPLICE -- PLANTED ALL OF THAT MOUNTAIN OF EVIDENCE -- AND NO ONE SAW A THING -- JUST FULL OF HOLES - THE BRONCO WAS LOCKED IN FRONT OF HIS HOUSE - HOW DID THEY GET IN THERE & PLANT THE BLOOD IN THERE ? JUST ONE OF THE QUESTIONS THAT NO ONE ASKED -- THE TRIAL WAS A RIDICULOUS SHOW NOT FIT FOR A 12 YEAR OLD -- OUR LEGAL SYSTEM IS A DISASTER

    She was crucial to the timeline and adds up perfectly with Kato and Park’s testimonies. As a lawyer I see why she could have been perceived as lacking credibility after she received a paycheck but there were may ways to introduce her testimony without suffering from the loss of the person who saw him leaving the crime scene! Before anyone knew two people laid dead at Bundy! And with impecable memory of a license plate of a vehicle registered to him/hertz then found to contain the blood of O.J. and the two victims both outside and inside! I mean.

    • @MaktubJess
      @MaktubJess 7 дней назад +2

      And one way to do that would simply have been to counter and tell the jury that she sold the story for $5000 to pay the legal fees but wasn’t lying. And that it was so true the story she had to tell about that night that she refused the defense’s offer to go on vacation for 6 months and get paid $40,000. that was incriminating. Why pay a prosecution witness to go away and not testify? Because her testimony incriminated O.J.

    • @ClaireSpeaksLife

      @@MaktubJess No, because O.J. knew Jill Shively was lying! He did not do it and he was panicking because he knew he was being framed. He would have paid any amount to anyone to get out of what became the O.J. Simpson trial. O.J. may have been an egotistical abusive husband who physically battered Nicole, but he didn't kill her. Why does everyone just blindly believe Jill Shively? There has never been anyone else to corroborate her story. Okay, she talks about some other car on San Vicente, but where is this person? No one ever came forward... and we're supposed to just automatically believe Jill. The Real Witness on San Vicente, Suzanne Greene Franklin (who died in 2017 of brain cancer, just like Johnny Cochran), personally told me that there was no other car present on San Vicente. Jill just added the detail of the other car to seem more credible. Everything was fabricated. Jill is a longtime acquaintance of mine and a known pathological liar. To frame O.J., The Real Killers, David Craig and Michael Lafferman, gave Jill O.J.'s license plate number. My book says it all.

    OJ wouldn't have been going North on Bundy if he had switched Bronco's at his office with AC. I was surprised by Harvey's thoughts in his most recent documentary he did last year. Definetly premeditated if he wanted to use AC's bronco, but Harvey thought it was spontaneous and he only went there to slash tires. No need plan to use another bronco that looks just like yours to only slash tires. If seen, she would think it was your bronco.

    Just PRIOR to the murders (in 1993), Jill was all over our Buddhist organization giving her experience about her older sister, a known prostitute, tragically dying of a drug overdose. This sister had a daughter named Honey who was then sent to live with her grandmother, Nancy Shively (whom both Jill and her brother, Michael, always lived with). Little Honey then immediately began calling Jill, "Mommy," so, of course, the family took this very seriously and Jill eventually adopted Honey (her 35 year old daughter). In the media, never does Jill tell this true story... instead, she claims that this older sister was merely the victim of domestic violence who died inside a canyon during the time of the trial. The true story is so much more interesting... and I bet her 35 year old daughter, Honey, would be so happy if Jill would only name her publicly! I'm shocked that no other Buddhist has ever outed Jill before now. Jill Shively is a pathological liar... and BOTH Marcia Clark and Detective Lange know it.

      2) 95% of the blood was on the ground at the murder scene
      3) Most likely scenario is he got out of the bronco carrying the bag, went up the side of the house, blood dripping from his finger fell on the bag during this time. Bumped into the ac, realize Kato probably heard that. went back to the bronco left the bag there then up the laneway into the house where the blood dripped on the ground. He goes inside, "cleans up". He then returns to the bronco to get the bag then leaves it close to the Bently.

    I’d like to know if Jill told the polisher it was OJ who nearly hit her or if she just gave the licence plate and description of the driver. It certainly adds a lot of credibility to her account because the murder was not even public knowledge at the time of her phone call. I believe her testimony would have added a lot of weight to the prosecution’s argument. I think Kato should be the face of a men’s hair care line.

      End result. Jill is a bullshitter.

    Stopped your live feed to watch the Netflix doc. Lawyer Gilbert is the only defense lawyer showing remorse. The former defense lawyer who sleeps well should have to listen to those 911 calls every day. The juror who recently admitted they were there to “send a message” should have to hear Gilbert’s last statements saying the murderer even lied when admitting he did it. She answered the door with a knife. Good grief.

That's pretty special. It's very sad to try and gain something from this horrible crime. It was done to two people for no reason. it's rage because it certainly wasn't because he loved her. that's a bunch of BS. Why didn't he kill his oldest kids mother? He supposedly beat on her. Why did he abuse Nicole and kill her in such a horrible manner? It just makes no sense to me at all. Great podcast, by the way. i do really enjoy the oj stuff a lot.

    Anyone back in 1994 would have to remember all the news of Jill Shively stealing some guy's screenplay and shopping it around as her own. Back then, she was claiming this guy was her boyfriend and this guy was all over the news claiming that he hardly knew her and that he had to take out a restraining order against her. In all of his interviews, he'd call her a pathological liar (the truth!). Where is he now? Who paid him off to be so silent today? Or did he die? If so, why hasn't any one of his family and friends said anything to expose this outrageous cover-up?!

  • @fauxgirl2197

    This new doc was excellent pro people wanted to talk more freely since OJ died I guess.
    My 30 yr old questions- Did anyone talk to that other driver in the grey nissan car going WEST when Jill saw OJ on the infamous night? Did that other driver ever come forth after finding out next day it was OJ ?
    Didn’t OJ run that car off the road ? Did OJ or AL switch broncos after murders ?
    A-shame back then there were no cameras on ever corner .
    Kato saw bag , limo guy saw bag , Kato tried to pick up bag but OJ grabbed it, guy waiting on his wife at airport saw bag - so why did Marsha say it was only a one sided testimony .. the small bag existed and many saw it .
    I truly believe it was dumped in trash can at LAX . Rem this was trashed way before anyone knew anything . His narcissism never thought he’d get caught.

    She is actually very creditable. I have watched her many times on interviews and she is consistent with her recall and memory of the license plate. Step back and look at this. Why would she call the police and report a reckless driver in a white Bronco before she even knew what was really going on. She is the real thing.

    • @ClaireSpeaksLife
      @ClaireSpeaksLife 5 дней назад

      BECAUSE The Real Killers (David Craig and Michael Lafferman) knew fellow SGI-USA Buddhist, Jill Shively, was a pathological liar who would tell the lies they wanted the world to believe! David and Michael had been planning to frame O.J. for most of a year and they knew someone had witnessed them erratically cross San Vicente on their way to O.J.'s to plant evidence from the crime scene. Of course, until I informed them, they (and Jill) had no idea that The Real Witness was yet another fellow Buddhist named Suzanne Greene Franklin who died of brain cancer (like Johnny Cochran) back in 2017. Jill's lies have always changed,,, for example, in another video on this channel, Jill claims that after the San Vicente incident, she went to sleep with the plan of calling the police in the morning, but then was awoken by her mother in the early morning hours telling her of the news. And this is when she finally called the police. I'm positive it was Michael and David who frantically woke her up, claiming that David had been the witness who did not wish for all the accompanying publicity. The Real Killers literally begged Jill to come forward "in place of David"... and they gave her O.J.'s license number which David had quickly jotted down while at Rockingham. Michael even promised Jill that David would marry her if she did this favor for them... of course, that was never going to happen, but she believed them and still holds out hope that David (a mere acquaintance) will come through on the promise made to her by Michael (reluctantly confirmed with a nod by David).
