    JT... when I used to interview entrepreneurs as to how they started their small businesses, I asked my husband Jim (Ribeye Ranger) how I could do an even better job? He said it was simple, to be interesting you must be interested. JT you are a very good interviewer... which isn't easy. Nicely done JT.

    Dr Kiltz - excellent answers and we bought the ice crm machine you use and I love you for it!! I've never had an addictive personality and lost 20 lbs on Carnivore which was 20% of my body weight, soooo really enjoy a way to occasionally add some different and really enjoyable fat! LOVIN BBBE&I 😊

    I have to disagree with people having babies at 12-14. The reason girls are having cycles at that young age is due to the diet. The average age was 16 in the 1800’’s and is going down since then, to the average of 12 years old.

      It seems that it is the increased body fat that is lowering menstruation age.
      My sister-in-law was 9 years old.
