But can you go into the back woods in the country & convince them white parents to let their sons come & play for Deion? If they can do that, the team will be all right.

Kudos to Coach Phillips and Coach Prime for building such a unique staff/team! It's so important for all staff members to understand the goal and the mission of the program, and the recruiters seem to get it and they execute it well! #JobWellDone

Race and maturity notwithstanding, it’s so refreshing to hear a group of young professionals that can SPEAK. I entered the corporate world in 1985. The ability to speak well out front, or within a group, was pretty common, and paramount if you wanted to succeed. Unfortunately, the skill began to waiver around Year 2000, and was nowhere to be found by 2005. Talk about a lost tool. Started seeing bits and pieces begin to show in the 2010s. But it’s seemed to stall. Sad. But then I see videos like this one and it gives me hope that we can once again have smart and driven younger folk with all the tools needed to impress. To the staff in the video…well done. You’re all extremely impressive. And thank you.
