VERY well done! Back in 1994 we hired a boat from Locaboat in Argens for 4 weeks. Cruised west almost to Bordeaux then turned around and made it to the mouth of the Etang de Thau, then back to Argens. So glad the plane trees were still there when we cruised. Any canal is enjoyable for me, but I find the canals of Burgundy to be a better overall choice than the Midi/Lateral. The South can be HOT.
